Leonardo da Vinci was born here in 1452 and spent his childhood in this picturesque village. We'll visit the Leonardo’s house and the Museum of Leonardo, housed inside the castle of Guidi Counts. This museum is one of the largest and has the most unusual collections of machines and models made by the genius of the Italian Renaissance. This will be the way to feel the spirit of Leonardo’s town. To taste the typical products of his land we’ll stop in a big farmhouse to drink the best Chianti wine and to taste the flavour of real good olive-oil.
